Emma Ruhrmann
In 1901 he married Emma Ruhrmann of Niederbonsfeld. Their marriage record and information from the city archives are among the sources identified for this generation in Volume 2.

Königssteele, Niederbonsfeld, and Essen-Rellinghausen mark the family’s successive living environments. The moves followed the geography of mining employment; four children carried the family into the twentieth century.
